MEET THE TEAM
Who We Are
ANDY GOODBY
Founder & CEO
Meet Andy, the founder of DUB Alchemy (previously known as AG Leisure).
Andy began Dub Alchemy on his driveway in 2017 and grew the company into the brand you see today; he now manages procurement and the day to day running of the business.
MATT
General Manager
As Dub Alchemy continues to grow, Matt joined the team in 2025 to work alongside Andy in the running of the workshop and managing the growing team.
Matt also heads up customer relations and is on hand every step of the way as you bring your camper dreams to life!
SCOTT
Work Shop Manager & Vanchemist
Having been with us since 2019, Scott's one of our OG van builders, and well and truly part of the Dub Alc family.
He's amassed a wealth of experience over the years, becoming workshop lead in 2026, and our resident Wrap Technician in 2025, he also has a heavy hand in our bespoke van and kitchen design.. there's not a lot Scott can't do when it comes to campervans!
FRANK
Vanchemist
Frank joined us at the end of 2025 as a full-time van converter, with his meticulous attention to detail, background in joinery and steady-away attitude, he's been a great addition to the team.
Not to mention the mountains of veg he brings in, straight from the allotment!
ANNA
Media
Anna officially joined the team in early 2023, having been helping behind the scenes since DUB Alchemy began, she now primarily focuses on van media and photography.
BENNY
Vanchemist
Our newest addition to the team!
With over a decade of experience in joinery, Ben has developed a strong eye for detail and a hands-on approach to his work. He takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys the practical, problem-solving side of the trade.
Outside of work, he's passionate about fishing, fishing and fishing.
He also enjoys [car] drifting and spends a lot of his free time preparing and maintaining my car for events. This involves plenty of hands-on mechanical work, from regular maintenance to keeping the car in tip top condition. He's also spent time working in a garage, which helped him build a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics and further developed his practical skills
HARLEY
Former Head of Security
If you were lucky enough to meet Harley, she was our first and No.1, super friendly workshop doggo, she was in charge of all things security and loved her job!
Sadly in 2026 Harley was taken ill and passed away at the young age of six, she'll always be in our hearts as a huge part of the Dub Alchemy family, having been with us from the start as Scott's trusty sidekick and will forever have a place in the team.
EBONY
Security Officer
Ebony is our very friendly office hippo.
She's in charge of the 'security department' and thinks she's excellent at her job - although most wouldn't agree due to her tendency for falling asleep on the job, cuddles and bribes.
Likes:-
- Food based bribes
- Sleeping on the job
Dislikes:-
- Chilly days
- When the boss forgets her blanket
