Who We Are
ANDY GOODBY
Founder & CEO
Meet Andy, the founder of DUB Alchemy (previously known as AG Leisure).
​
Andy began Dub Alchemy on his driveway in 2017 and grew the company into the brand you see today; he now manages procurement and the day to day running of the business.
MATT
General Manager
As Dub Alchemy continues to grow, Matt joined the team in 2025 to work with Andy in the running the workshop and managing the growing team.
​
Matt also heads up customer relations and is on hand every step of the way as you bring your camper dreams to life!
SCOTT
Vanchemist
Having been with us since 2019, Scott's one of our OG van builders, and well and truly part of the Dub Alc family.
He's amassed a wealth of experience over the years including now being fully established as our resident Wrap Technician, and with his own camper, experience in woodwork and a keen eye for design, there's not a lot Scott can't do when it comes to vans!

PETE
Vanchemist
A resident Van Builder; Pete's also been with us since 2019 and has become an integral party to the Dub Alchemy team.
With a background in engineering, metal work, a talented cooper and a van lifer himself, your van couldn't be in more capable hands!
ANNA
Media & Van Design
Anna officially joined the team in early 2023, having been helping behind the scenes since DUB Alchemy began, she now primarily focuses on van photography, media and assisting Andy and Scott with van design.
FRANK
Vanchemist
A recent addition to the team, Frank joined us at the end of 2025 as a full-time van converter, with his meticulous attention to detail and background in joinery, he's been an excellent addition to the team. Not to mention the mountains of veg he brings in, straight from the allotment!
HARLEY
Head of Security
Just call us Dubby Day Care - Harley is our super friendly workshop doggo, she's in charge of all things security and loves her job! Aside from making sure everything's secure at all times she's always on hand for a quick fuss!

EBONY
Deputy Security Officer
Ebony is our very friendly office hippo.
She's second in command in the 'security department' and takes her job very seriously; she hopes to make HOD one day - although this is unlikely due to her tendency for falling asleep on the job, cuddles and bribes.
